Programme Learning Outcomes for Professional Diploma in Digital Leadership (NFQ Level 9, Special Purpose Award)
On successful completion of this programme, students should be able to:
- Understand and apply the latest digital trends, technologies, platforms and business models driving digital disruption;
- Demonstrate how responsible organisational leadership and strategy practices can adapt in response to the threats and opportunities posed by digital disruption;
- Assess the digital capabilities of an organisation and the benefits that can be derived through a digital strategy;
- Nurture ethical digital capabilities through a deep understanding and application of the latest research, models, and frameworks in digital leadership;
- Apply Design Thinking to a digital transformation initiative in an organisation;
- Investigate, analyse, plan and execute a digital transformation strategy or project in an organisation.
