Exit Award only
Students on the MSc (Human Anatomy) programme who successfully complete and pass taught modules to the value of 30 credits (AN6002 and AN6003) may opt to exit the programme and be conferred with a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Anatomy. A student who subsequently applies to undertake either the Postgraduate Diploma or Master's programme must do so within 5 years of successful completion of the Postgraduate Certificate Examination.

On successful completion of this programme, students should be able to:
- Demonstrate an understanding of the detailed anatomy of the human body;
- Dissect human cadaveric material up to prosection level standards;
- Discuss the ethical issues surrounding the use of human material for research and education;
- Critically read and analyse data from scientific papers.
