Programme Learning Outcomes for Postgraduate Certificate in Local History (NFQ Level 9, Minor award)
On successful completion of this programme, students should be able to:
- Identify the location of the key primary and secondary sources for the study of local history;
- Demonstrate the ability to plan and conduct an independent research project;
- Identify the key phases in the historical development of the Cork region.
