Programme Learning Outcomes for Professional Diploma in Leading Change and Transformation (NFQ Level 9, Special Purpose Award)
On successful completion of this programme, students should be able to:
- Evaluate their organisation’s readiness to support sustainable change and transformation
- Critically assess relevant models of change and transformation in order to select appropriate theoretical frameworks on which to base sustainable organisational interventions
- Analyse relevant approaches to ensure that change and transformation initiatives take into account key considerations of ethics, culture, politics and governance
- Assess the relevance and suitability of individual and group processes to deliver ethical and sustainable interventions
- Design and implement appropriate interventions based on the ability to interpret and synthesise both organisational factors and best practice change and transformation methodologies leading to long-term sustainable impact
- Evaluate the impact that organisational dynamics and leadershipeffectiveness have on the design, implementation and embedding of change and transformation initiatives programmes
